Processing
We love providing unique, handcrafted, pieces and for this reason, processing time is 8-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays. We work to have all items created and sent out sooner but there are no guarantees. Please understand that processing time and shipping are not the same, choosing priority shipping does not mean priority processing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Before completing your order, please make sure you entered the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur.
All U.S. orders ship USPS or UPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 7 days depending on location. Please note that delays due to carrier issues are beyond our control.
Priority Mail: You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance. These packages should arrive in 2-3 days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please note that priority shipping is not the same as priority production.
If your order is marked delivered by your selected courier but has not been delivered to you, please reach out to the courier first to see if they are able to locate your package.
Processing time: Orders are processed and sent within 8-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays (except for custom orders or stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
